Translation projects are scoped at enquiry and typically delivered within five to ten working days depending on word count and complexity. For larger projects like a Māori Brand Language Guide or Staff Onboarding Kit, we confirm a timeline at discovery before anything is formalised. Courses run by cohort and are scheduled directly with your team.

Very little upfront. For translation and review work, a final or near-final document and a word count are enough to get a quote. For coaching and advisory, a brief description of your context and what you are trying to achieve. For courses, your approximate team size and preferred timing. We keep the intake process straightforward. No lengthy briefs required before a first conversation.

We understand procurement processes, can provide quotes in whatever format your organisation requires, and are experienced working within the timelines and approval structures common in the public sector.

Most organisations do. A Content Review or Karakia and Introductions session is a natural first engagement. It gives you direct experience of how we work before committing to a course, a guide, or a longer-term partnership. There is no pressure to begin anywhere other than where it makes sense for you.

We accommodate rush turnarounds where capacity allows, and we will always be upfront about whether we can meet your deadline before you commit. Rush rates apply for translation and review work requested outside standard timeframes. Most of our Service Suite is designed for organisational clients. That said, the Karakia and Introductions session and the Pronunciation Audit for Leaders are both available to individuals booking independently, particularly useful for professionals who want personal coaching outside of a workplace course.
