  • Momentum for Teams is designed as the next stage after Foundations for Teams, giving organisations a clear, cohesive journey rather than one-off training. It builds from shared foundations into more confident workplace use, so capability grows in a structured way that is easier to support and sustain across the team.

  • Strengthen how your team shows up in meetings, from opening and guiding through to contribution and closing. The course supports a shared standard for professional meeting language, helping staff participate with confidence and reducing reliance on a few individuals to carry cultural moments.

What is different at this stage is the depth. Sessions move faster and lean further into real scenarios, since your team already has a foundation to build on. At the end of the course, learners complete a post-course survey to reflect on how their confidence and daily use have shifted.   • Momentum for Teams is designed for beginner to intermediate workplace learners. It is a natural next step for teams who have completed Foundations for Teams, or who already have a basic foundation and want more confident workplace use.

  • The course is delivered live online across eight weeks. Sessions are facilitated and highly applied, designed to support participation while still respecting busy schedules.

  • Recordings are provided, so learners can catch up and stay aligned with the cohort. This also supports revision and confidence building between sessions.

  • In addition to the weekly one hour live session, we recommend one to two hours of optional practice and review to reinforce learning and build confidence. For completion, participants are only required to attend the one hour live session each week. The course content is structured with clear priorities, so learners can progress without feeling overloaded.

  • Since most Momentum cohorts include people who have already completed Foundations, our pre-engagement check focuses on confirming consistency across the group, making sure everyone is working from a similar baseline before we build further, even if a few participants are joining fresh with prior experience elsewhere.

  • We use pre-course and post-course surveys to understand learner confidence and track shifts over time. We also provide a next steps survey that supports learner autonomy, with pathway recommendations based on goals and comfort level. Following the learning block, we provide a detailed progress report to support your organisation’s visibility and next steps planning, including whether your team is ready for advisory support or an ongoing language partnership.
