Refund Policy

Manawa Māori provides digital courses, resources, and learning services designed for immediate access and ongoing use. This policy explains when refunds are not available, and the limited circumstances under which a remedy may be provided. This policy should be read alongside our Terms of Service.

Because our courses and resources are delivered digitally and made available immediately, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or circumstances where you choose not to continue. We encourage you to review the course description, inclusions, and any available previews before purchasing, and to contact us if you are unsure which offering is the best fit.

Once access is granted to a course, membership area, or digital resource, the content cannot be returned, recalled, or verified as unused. For this reason, refunds are not offered once access has been provided, except where required under New Zealand consumer law. Digital products are covered by the Consumer Guarantees Act where it applies.

If you have trouble accessing your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve it quickly. In most cases, we can restore access by troubleshooting login, platform, or device issues. If we are unable to provide access within a reasonable time, or the issue cannot be remedied, we will provide an appropriate remedy in line with New Zealand consumer law.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act or the Fair Trading Act. Where the Consumer Guarantees Act applies, digital products must meet certain guarantees. If there is a fault, the remedy may include repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the circumstances, including whether the issue can be fixed.

If you purchase a recurring membership or subscription, you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges. Access will continue until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds or partial refunds for unused time remaining in a billing period, except where required by law.

If your purchase is being reimbursed by an employer or paid through your workplace, we can provide an invoice on request. Please contact our team, and we will arrange this for you.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchases provide access for one individual user only. Access is not intended for sharing, redistribution, or team-wide distribution via a single login. If you are seeking access for multiple learners, please contact us to discuss workplace options.
